Task Manager is a tool to help all of us in managing various tasks which we or our teams perform. It is a very easy to use tool which allows you as a manager or team leader to assign tasks to associates, team members.
At same time it is not restricted only to team members , tasks can also be assigned intra department , external partners etc in fact anyone registered on our system with a valid email id (even external like gmal.com , rediffmail.com etc) can be a user of TM either as Assignor (who assigns a task) or Assignee (to whom task is assigned).
Besides the roles of Assignor and Assignee, you can also TAG a user , Tagged User is not directly responsible for working on the task but is someone who needs to be kept informed about the progress of Task.
Individual Task can be assigned to many users and similarly a user may have many tasks assigned to them.
Each task works as a conversation between Assignor, Assignees and Tagged users. It makes it easy to follow the progress of each task and at same time help in resolving issues in performing a particular task.
